| This short tour offers an introduction to the highlights of Tokyo and Kyoto for those with only a short amount of time to spend in Japan. A morning coach tour of Tokyo visits the Tokyo Tower Observatory, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple, and Ginza. That evening, transfer by bullet train to Kyoto. Spend the following day on a coach tour visiting several of Kyoto's most important sights including Nijo-jo Castle, Kinkakuji Golden Pavilion, the old Imperial Palace, the Heian Shrine, Sanjusangen-do Temple and its 1001 Buddhist statues, and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Spend one day at your leisure and return to Tokyo by bullet train the following day for some time to explore independently. Transfer to Narita Airport the following day. | |||
