| Nairobi, Masai Mara, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti National Park | |||
| From films such as Out of Africa and The Lion King, the landscapes of Kenya and Tanzania have become the quintessential images of Africa. While the entire continent has a diverse array of geographical features that are beautiful and striking, there is something about the Masai Mara and the Serengeti that evokes an unparalleled sense of wonder. This tour will allow you to explore some of these amazing places that are home to Africa’s most famous predators as well as some of the most intriguingly splendid cultures in the world. Start with a two nights in Nairobi before heading to Ol Donyo Wuas Lodge in the Chyulu Hills of the Masai Mara, known for its high predator population and the annual wildebeest migration. From here, remain in the Mara and head to Richard’s Camp where you will get a chance to see some amazing wildlife as well as understand how varied the topology of the landscape is. Next is the Lemala Ngorongoro Luxury Camp near the famous Ngorongoro Crater, an enormous caldera in which about 25,000 animals roam. Conclude this magical journey at Sayari Camp in the mesmerizing Serengeti National park. The Serengeti is as “classic” a safari experience as one could hope for: waving grasses and sweeping plains that create an achingly scenic backdrop to the daily struggle between predator and prey. | |||
